Reviews

  • We have purchased and sold several homes in NY, VA, and SC and without a doubt Michelle Price is the finest realtor we have known. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the region and responsiveness (even when on vacation) is fantastic! She is resourceful and helpful in every way. - Mark D., Clive, IA
  • Michelle did a fantastic job in selling my home!. I knew Michelle had my best interests when it came to selling my home. Michelle is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional in Des Moines. - Steve C. - West Des Moines, IA
  • Michelle's experience and knowledge really made the process a breeze for a first-time homebuyer like myself. She was very patient in thorough in her explanation of the process and kept me informed throughout. It was great working with Michelle and would highly recommend her! - Jackson Harris, Norwalk
  • Michelle Price did extensive market analysis to price the property to meet the market. She understood our desire to sell the property before winter and worked hard to meet our goal. She did a great job following up on all leads and keeping us in the communication loop. So thankful to have the property sold and closed in 2 months! Thanks, Michelle, for working so hard for us. - Jennifer Gardner, Urbandale
  • Review

I had tried for over a year to sell my home. I had used 2 different realtors. I finally accepted the offer of a local property manager and listed why home for rent. After the 2 year rental agreement had passed, my property manager recommended Michelle Price to list my home for sale. I had already moved to Arizona and was not able to fly back and forth to get my home ready for sale. I basically put my home in Michelle's hands and she transformed the home into a showplace. Working closely with my property manager, Michelle chose paint, carpet, new tile for the bathrooms and foyer, new granite countertops and sink. I trusted that Michelle knew what would sell in my area, the work was done quickly and the house was put on the market. Very soon I had an offer HIGHER than my asking price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Michelle knew what needed to be done to my home to get it sold and she coordinated all the work and chose all the finishes. When I saw the finished product it almost made me want to move back. Thank you isn't quite enough! I was able to sell my home for a nice profit and move on with my life. - Cynthia and John Dunn

  • We knew right away we were in good hands with Michelle. She is knowledgable and very thorough. She conducts herself in a professional, yet caring manner. We appreciated her patience (we looked at many houses and had many questions) and friendly "no pressure" approach. She kept us informed every step of the way. In the end, she found the perfect house for us. She was genuinely happy for us. She even brought us a pumpkin for our front step! We would happily use Michelle Price and the Jordan Grove Office again. - Dave Bogle, Johnston, Iowa
  • New Review

We used Michelle previously on the purchase of a home. She did an excellent job so when we came across a different home we wanted to check out we didn't hesitate to call. We ended up loving the house so Michelle helped us purchase the new home and sell our current home. She was able to get our house sold in 5 days of being listed and worked to get the closings of both houses to happen on the same day. This lady makes miracles happen. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs help selling or buying a home. - Katie and Lee Hall
  • "Michelle Price demonstrates the three "Ps" that are most important to us in working with an agent. She is first of all professional and confident in her knowledge, communication, and skill. Second, she is persistent in understanding buyer/seller requirements and pursuing properties of interest. Third, she is participative in all aspects of a sale. Her guidance was invaluable in the marketing and selling of our home. We also asked her to represent us in a complicated buying situation during which she provided the same kind of support and results."

    - Joie Hand
  • New Review

"Respected, responsive, and results-oriented. I highly recommend Michelle Price, and in fact have already done so! The buying and selling process can be a roller-coaster ride and through it all Michelle kept an even keel. She provided the time, attention and expert guidance we needed. One thing we hadn't thought of before was how important it is that a Realtor is highly regarded by other Realtors. Michelle's professionalism and integrity played a key role in the willingness of agents to give our house special consideration. You'll be glad to have her representing you-as a buyer and/or a seller."

    - Diana Deibler
  • We have worked with Michelle 2x - once over 15 years ago and then again just this summer. The first time was a custom home build, and we found Michelle's assistance to be invaluable during that whole process. This time around we were downsizing into a townhouse, and again found her to be an excellent resource.

Michelle does an outstanding job of guiding you through things with a level head and well thought through questions that make you stop and think. Her friendly and relaxed approach makes what could be a very stressful process, enjoyable instead.

As another reviewer mentioned, she never tries to 'up sell' or pressure you in any way. She simply helps you find what you are looking for, all while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and expertise.

    - B. Nordman
  • "Michelle did an outstanding job in both selling our existing home, as well as helping us find and purchase our dream home. From the start, she provided great feedback when she first viewed our existing property which helped our house show well and sell quickly. She then showed a great deal of patience as we led her through countless homes in search of the right one. She became a trusted advisor and a friend throughout the process. We can't recommend her enough!"

    - David & Laura Siebert
  • "Michelle was an outstanding resource when selling our home. We had relocated to Portland OR and relied heavily on her to show the house and also let us know if concerns existed. She was responsive to our emails and calls throughout the process. She worked with the relocation company when an offer was presented and we were able to finalize the necessary paperwork within a week."

    - Steve Graff
  • "Michelle helped us locate our home in Winterset in 2004. She was so helpful with the purchase; we called her when it came time to sell the house seven years later. Michelle is very professional, and had a great follow through with phone calls and emails. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home."

    - Scot and Robin Holloway
  • "Michelle was very professional and courteous. She was always there when we needed her. Our timetable for selling and buying was met thanks to Michelle. And she negotiated our offers well on our behalf. We appreciated her honesty and trustworthiness. She exceeded our expectations!"

    - G. Hannan
  • "Michelle stood by us for the entire time we were looking for homes and never waivered and never lost her patience. Many times we thought she should fire us, but she never did. Michelle is one of the most loyal, trustworthy individuals we've met and has loads of integrity. We were very fortunate to work with Michelle but even more fortunate now to be able to call her a friend."

    - P. and A. Knight
  • "We felt Michelle truly had our interests in mind. We also felt like she was looking out for us asking just the right questions of the seller and the inspector. This real estate experience was much easier than our last three purchases in different cities. We've never received this level of service before. We appreciated Michelle's availability, optimism, and professionalism."

    - G. and M. Thies
  • "Michelle made it so easy for us and she was always so accommodating to our schedules. She was very thorough. We honestly can't think of anybody better in being able to help a buyer or seller go through the process from A to Z. We've already referred her to friends of ours. We think Michelle Is the ultimate professional and welcome the opportunity to work with her again in the future!"

    - David & Kelli Deines
  • "Michelle did a lot of research to help us set our home at the right price. She listened to our thoughts and took our opinions into consideration. She helped us stage our home and handled every detail about the sale, no matter how large or small. Absolutely EVERYTHING was taken care of by Michelle in a most efficient and professional manner. We would use her real estate services again and again!"

    - Dave & Laurie Johnson
